Leg Update
Beth's Leg is a whole lot better but looks pretty horrible, The pain has reduced to tenderness and the bruising is finally on the wane. Its not stopped her getting back on again!!!

Oops that was me, Jen. Didn't mean to click "anon" LOL.
Just checking you know about Arnica in tablets and cream, I use it on every kind of bruising and notice rapid healing. I am glad she is getting better. Brave Beth. xx
