What a strange year so far!!!

2020 held so much promise and it seems to have gone hill rather rapidly!! I was looking forward to my big birthday but soon after we were all caught up in the Covid-19 lockdown and thats where I have been ever since.

It has changed the way we all do everyday things, including shopping, and general living 2 metres apart. It has also impacted all our social lives. The places we all go to meet friends are out of bounds, pubs, restaurants  and even shops. I think its fair to say that its going to be a long time before we are able to get anywhere back to normal .

What we mustn't forget is the real reason for all of this, the poor people who have lost their lives, the families that have been changed forever, the Health workers who have put their own health on the line for the better of others. We need to learn from this situation and hope that in the future we are better prepared

Anyway on a lighter note in October last year we went on holiday to Florida and although it didn't fully go according to plan, we ended up stayed two weeks extra as Tom was unwell. We did have a set of photos taken in wild west wedding gear!! I loved the expoerience!!
